Hearted. Yay!

Yay, someone gave me a blog award!
My friend Alycia has hearted my blog and now I get to bestow this honorable award upon a few more fellow bloggers.
Alycia was Elora's regular babysitter when I worked part time and lived in Everett, WA ; we are still indebted to her for taking Elora into her home for more than two days while I was delivering Joshua at the hospital. Did I mention she was eight months pregnant herself? Thanks, Alycia!

Okay, here are the rules:

Obviously I enjoy all the blogs I read, or I wouldn't spend time reading them, but I could only pick a few here. I decided to highlight some bloggers whom I don't know in "real life" but their blogs are good enough that I read them almost every day! (I'll leave out Pioneer Woman...she's already got too many comments to read.)

1. Lynne, from Lynne's Somewhat Invented Life. I don't know how I originally found her blog..I think she came to mine first. Lynne is a great writer and always has fun six-word summaries of each day's post. Some of her kids are older than me, but I feel like we could be friends if she lived down the street. Maybe. She is working on a book. Go check her out!

2. Susan, from Short on Words. Hers is mostly a photography blog, and she just went professional a few weeks ago. She has three young boys and a dog, and I love seeing her shots of the California coast. On Sundays she always pairs a photo with a scriptural verse, which is usually quite inspiring. You have to see for yourselves how addicting her blog can be.

3. Kiera, from Peace and Pandemonium. I originally saw her comment on someone else's blog, and I went to check her's out because she spelled her name the same as my sister does. Kiera is also a wonderful photographer, with some deep insights into life. She also has three kids and very photogenic siblings; her artistic sensiblities make me feel like kindred spirits. You have to take a look.
